Asleep at the jumper...

After some great play-time with her friend Reagan, Millie fell sound asleep in her jumper yesterday afternoon. This is something I am very thankful for -- Millie is a good sleeper, both at night and during naptimes.

Summer Vacation

This past week we took a trip to Newport and Providence, RI. Christopher took a course at the Naval War College (Millie and I did some 'work' at the boutiques and coffee shops). The highlight was spending three great days with our dear friends the Sanzi's. Erika and Jim are friends from San Diego and have two little boys, JJ and Matthew. Millie loved swimming in their pool and getting hugs from JJ. I treasure this friendship with Erika and the chance to move through this season of our lives together.
